Stress is nothing more than our internal response to those External Factors – how we perceive them, what we say about them internally, how we respond (or react) emotionally, our behavior towards them, and, of course, our physical (bodily) response to those External Factors. As such, in order to reduce and/or eliminate our experience of stress, we MUST start (and end) with ourselves: our own Mental State.
